New system purchased from this company. All staff from sale to install to follow up with credits, rebates and warranties was outstanding. Would highly recommend.

All Tim did was tell me I was wasting his time and money. He refused to help me because he assumed I would not pay $800 -$1000 for his service. Told me how expensive it was to run a company and that I wasted his money and 3 other…
Pros: none Cons: Degraded me and hung up on me.

Highly recommend Tim Benjamin AC Service. The quality of service was outstanding as well as the quality of products installed. Called on a Tuesday morning and cold air by the afternoon!!
