It is the best!!!! We live in Sebastian and always take our company to Captain Hiram's It is so much fun. You can sit and eat inside at the restuarant or go out side on the little beach and listen to music and have drink.

Have been to Hirams primarily for business meetings. While the service is good and the atmosphere is comfortable, the food is decidedly lacking in that "oomph" factor. Not that it's bad, it's just not outstanding. I would probably not…
